Expert
I have been called an “Expert” by the US Prosecutor, when they accepted me to testify in a Federal trial. I defended a man on trial for life with no parole. “Expert”, a title neither sought nor wished for. Now lawyers for both sides, call me to testify and it is invariably for one reason: a Licensed Broker, by his conduct, made himself liable for transportation loss.
